About Taylor Roa
Taylor Roa is a People & Talent leader in the tech industry. He has primarily focused on building world class hiring functions with a heavy focus on quality and raising the bar in hiring to achieve better outcomes, as well as keeping DEI at the core of recruitment strategy. He has specialized in growing startups, and establishing hiring functions and DEI initiatives from the ground level. He has also driven key strategic initiatives in the people function including compensation strategy, benefits, leveling frameworks, people analytics, performance management and employee relations.
Taylor currently leads the Talent function at Axion Ray, a Series A AI company based in New York, NY. He also makes time for startup advisement and speaking engagements whenever he can add value.
